Not necessarily. Sometimes the paint is scratched up but if the posts are rusted out and the railings are loose yes might need some new posts.
Yes in some cases we need to weld onsite so we sand prime and paint with spray .
We are open from Monday- Saturday 8 AM- 6 PM
